Don Bosco High School (Matunga) completed a hat-trick of titles this season after they beat St Anne's (Malad) yesterday in the Nike MSSA Ahmed Sailor tournament at the Azad Maidan.
With the MSSA league and under-17 district title already under their belt, Bosco didn't fail to register the third big one.
Quick goals
They sealed the match in the third minute itself when they scored two quick goals. They ended up winning 4-1.
Bosco skipper Wayne Vaz was the backbone of the team as he shepherded them to another memorable victory.
Wayne said: "Our team is really strong. We have been playing very well."
Coach Leslie Machado said: "They (St Anne's) conceded two silly goals at the start and the match ended there itself. We have a terrific side even our bench strength is good. I just told the boys not to be over confident and to play their natural game. I am really happy with the team's performance."
