JB Petit qualify for knock-out despite draw

J B Petit School (Fort) qualified for the knock-out stages of the Mumbai Schools Sports Association's under-16 inter-school football tournament after playing out a goalless draw against Holy Name (Colaba) at Azad Maidan yesterday.

The Fort side had an unsung hero in their second choice 'keeper Anvita Dixit, who effected three excellent saves in the second-half to prevent Holy Name from scoring. Dixit said it was a proud moment for her to replace regular 'keeper Roshni Dadachanji.
