The former NBA pro, 48, popped the question to Cuban-American model Prieto over the Christmas weekend, according to his rep Estee Portnoy.

The Charlotte Bobcats majority owner was previously married to Juanita Vanoy from 1989 to 2006, People.com reported.

He has three children with Vanoy: Jeffrey Michael, 23, Marcus James, 21, and Jasmine, 19
