Swiss tennis ace Roger Federer says his wife tends to be so busy with their kids of late that there are times when she is clueless about his matches

It's tough looking after kids, whether you are an average mum or World No 2 Swiss tennis ace Roger Federer's wife. Federer, 36, recently told Swiss TV channel SRF during an interview that his wife Mirka, 40, tends to get so busy with their kids that she is unable to follow his matches, and doesn't even know if he has won or lost.

Mirka, also a tennis player, quit the sport in 2002 after achieving a career-high ranking of No. 76. She married Federer in 2009 and the couple have four kids — two sets of twins — girls Myla and Charlene, nine, and boys Leo and Lenny, four.
Federer said that though his family travel with him often, there are instances when they do not accompany him. "She is my wife. It's not good without her. She is always there for me, in good and bad times. But now she is naturally more focused on the children than on my tennis," said Federer.
"Sometimes she doesn't even know who I am going to be playing against. I call her after the match and she asks, 'Did you win?' But she knows tennis inside out. She also knows what it takes to have success. That's why she is
precious, and my team knows that too," he added.
