Ana Ivanovic beat Alisa Kleybanova in straight sets to win 6-2, 7-6 (7/5) the Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions in Bali.
The former World No 1, who turned 23 yesterday, said: "The second set came down to mental strength and just believing in myself. I managed to stay calm so I was happy to close out the match.
"It's great to win another title, I'm thrilled and it's a big step for me. The last few months have been great and really exciting, and it's a good way to go into next season."
Ivanovic, who has now won 13 of her last 15 WTA matches, slipped to 65 in the rankings in July ufffd her lowest rating in five-and-a-half years.
