According to reports, police questioned Ted over allegations that he handed over three grams of the Class A drug for 120 pounds.
In scenes that will shock the millionaire Chelsea ace, Ted was secretly filmed allegedly passing three wraps of white powder to an undercover reporter in a bar's lavatories, The Mirror reports.
It is claimed that he further promised to get more drugs for the reporter's "friend", and said: "Don't tell him I'm John Terry's dad."
This is not the first incident of the 55-year-old being accused in a drugs scandal. Earlier in November 2009, Ted was similarly caught on video selling cocaine at the Unit 4 wine bar in Chafford Hundred, Essex.
Ted had fixed a deal to supply an undercover team with three wraps of illegal Class A drug in the toilet of the bar.
After selling the cocaine to undercover reporters, who pretended to be buying for his wealthy boss, Ted insisted: "This is just between me and you. Don't tell him that I'm John Terry's dad. I can't have this going back, I'm not saying that they'll say anything, but you never know."
