Unbeaten fighter Floyd Mayweather Junior was arrested yesterday on a misdemeanor warrant accusing him of poking a security guard in the face outside the boxer's home, police said.

An arrest warrant was reinstated for Mayweather on Thursday regarding the run-in over parking tickets and police said the welterweight champion was arrested at a casino late Thursday and taken to the Clark County jail. Mayweather, 33, was being held without bail and is due to appear in court on Monday.u00a0
