The movie revolves around a journalist's hunt for evidence that Lance Armstrong used banned substances during the course of winning his Tour de France titles.

Directed by acclaimed director Stephen Frears, 'The Program' stars Ben Foster in the lead role of Lance Armstrong among a star cast of Lee Pace, Dustin Hoffman , Jesse Plemons and Chris O'Dowd.
The film is currently scheduled to release in France on 23rd September 2015.

Lance Armstrong was found guilty of using performance enhancement drugs and doping ever since his 1999 Tour de France win. He was stripped of all his 7 Tour De France titles in 2012.
