Force India driver Adrian Sutil finished sixth while teammate Paul di Resta finished 13th. Sutil's sixth placed finish was Force India's best finish result since last year's Korean GP.

Mallya said: "It was certainly one of our better performances.
"Over the last few years F1 has become ever more competitive. The gap between the cars has reduced quite a lot from what it was a few years ago. So in this new scenario we have shown that we are truly competitive."u00a0
Meanwhile, Di Restau00a0 described his recent run of bad luck as "a joke".
"I'm hoping things will soon start to turn for me," Di Resta said.
"I wouldn't say what's happened to me has been frustrating, it's just more annoying than anything.
"When things do turn round I'm sure it will be better and then I'll get some momentum," he added.
