India's tennis sensation Yuki Bhambri and discus thrower Arjun won a silver each to take the country's medals tally to five at the Youth Olympics here on Saturday.
Yuki had to be content with a silver as he had to retire while trailing 1-4 in the deciding set after suffering cramps against Juan Sebastian Gomez of Colombia in the boys singles final.
The first two sets were decided in tie-breaks and the final scoreline 6-7 (4), 7-6 (4), 4-1 went in favour of the Colombian.
Arjun made history later in the day as he became the first Indian to win a medal in athletics at the Youth Olympics. Arjun finished second with a throw of 62.52m to win the silver. Jacques Du Plessis of South Africa won the gold with a throw of 63.94 metres.
Yuki, who has been in impressive form in the tournament, was unfortunate as cramps got the better of him.
"It was unfortunate I had to retire like this in a final.
I want to thank the Indian fans who supported me throughout the tournament. I will have to be satisfied with the silver," said Yuki. India's medals tally swelled to five.
