New Delhi: Defending her no-show in the 50m three-position event at the World University Games in South Korea, ace shooter Apurvi Chandela said it was the officials who misguided and asked her to compete in an event for which she did not even have the equipment.

In an interview to 'indianshooting.com', the World Cup bronze-medallist said that 10m air rifle was her pet event and she was told of the 50m three-position participation only upon reaching Gwangju.
