n the U 19 category, the boxers clinched a total of 14 medals, including three gold medals, seven silver medals, and four bronze medals. Despite having the best medal count, they finished in the second place, below Uzbekistan, as they had a tally of seven gold medals

After clinching a gold in the women's 80+ kg category, Ritika ended Team India's campaign with a total of 27 medals at the Asian U 19 and U 22 Boxing Championship.
The concluded 10-day event witnessed some of the best boxing talent in India. The U 19 boxers finished one the second place on the table, whereas the U 22 boxers secured the fourth place.
According to the Olympics.com, a total of 40 boxers, 20 from each group were sent for the mega event.
