Gaurav Bidhuri (49 kg) entered the semi-finals of the President's Cup International Boxing event here yesterday and assured himself of at least a bronze while Santosh Kumar (64kg) and Lakhbir Singh (69kg) advanced to the quarter-finals. Bidhuri defeated Muhamed Fuad of Malaysia 9:8 in his quarter-final bout.<br />u00a0 <br />Bidhuri will take on Ian Clark Bautista of Philippines in the last four. Santosh, a silver medallist at the Guangzhou Asian Games, outpunched Lee Yong Hee of Korea 13:11 in the pre-quarter-finals. Lakhbir knocked out Truong Dinh Hong of Vietnam in his round of 16 bout. <br /><br />Santhosh Harijan (52kg), Chhote Lal Yadav (56kg) and Jasveer Singh (81kg) have already made it to the quarter-finals.
