World sport's top court on Tuesday cleared Australia swimmer Ryan Napoleon to compete in October's New Delhi Commonwealth Games, as it decided to bring forward a doping ban on the swimmer.
World sport's top court on Tuesday cleared Australia swimmer Ryan Napoleon to compete in October's New Delhi Commonwealth Games, as it decided to bring forward a doping ban on the swimmer.
"Ryan Napoleon is sanctioned with a three-month period of ineligibility commencing on 15 June 2010," said the Court of Arbitration for Sport in a statement.
