Eugenie Bouchard won her case against the US Tennis Association this morning for a locker room fall at the 2015 US Open. A New York federal court jury needed less than an hour of deliberation to find USTA negligence was the main culprit in the fall that left Bouchard with a concussion and forced her to withdraw from the Grand Slam event. She did not play a complete a match for the rest of the 2015 season. Her attorney, Benedict Morelli, said he would be claiming “millions and millions” in damages.
