Global chess league season three inaugurated in city

The tournament features six teams comprising of top class players such as Viswanathan Anand, D Gukesh, Arjun Erigaisi, Alireza Firouzja, Fabiano Caruana, Hikaru Nakamura, and Wesley So, to name a few

Season three of the Global Chess League (FCL) was launched in Mumbai at a grand ceremony at the Royal Opera House on Saturday.
The first of 34 GCL matches will be played on Sunday, with the Grand Finale on December 23.
