Czech tennis star Petra Kvitova described her singing skills as terrible yesterday while shooting a promotional video, that included singing happy birthday and recording a spoof segment on the upcoming Solar eclipse for the Connecticut Open.
The tournament at New Haven, Connecticut is celebrating its 20th year. &ldquo;My acting is equally bad,&rdquo; Kvitova told the portal, SportzEdge.
However, Kvitova, 27, who survived a knife attack at her home last December, has no doubts that her level of tennis is much better than her singing and acting abilities put together.
The three-time Connecticut Open champion added that she's in love with the people, who support her in the American state. &ldquo;The feeling and energy I receive from the fans here in Connecticut is something really special for me. I've won this tournament three times already and I just feel great here. It's like my second home,&rdquo; she said.
