We need to be strict and to make sure the rules of good governance are being applied.&rdquo; If thrown out of the Olympic movement, India will be only the second country to have got the boot, after South Africa were ousted for their racial policies over 40 years ago. The Indian Olympic Association is scheduled to meet on Sunday in New Delhi to consider amending its constitution in line with the IOC&rsquo;s directives. If there is no solution reached by the Indian body then the IOC&rsquo;s executive board will recommend &ldquo;de-recognition&rdquo; of the Indian committee at its meeting on Tuesday in Lausanne. Bach said: &ldquo;We will see if there is any last-moment movement. If not, then we have to consider to take the next step.&rdquo;
