Indian women’s hockey team lose to Aus A 2-3

It was India who took the early lead through Jyoti Singh (13’), after which the home side hit back with goals from Evie Stansby (17’), Dayle Dolkens (48’), and Jamie-Lee Surha (52’) finding the back of the net. The visitors’s second goal was scored by Sunelita Toppo (59’)

The Indian women’s hockey team put in a gritty performance, but fell short against Australia A, going down 2-3 in their second game tour game, in Perth on Sunday.
