In the ongoing Khelo India University Games 2025, Mumbai University`s (MU`s) badminton team emerged as the runner-up at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The side showcased their grit and dominance at the national level by maintaining a fighting spirit until the title clash.

In the quarter-final match of the marquee event, MU`s badminton team registered a dominating victory against Andhra Pradesh`s SRM Vidyapapitha. Later in the semi-final, the side showcased immense efforts and defeated Kerala`s MG University to advance to the final.
