It's a strange situation for Fatima High School, Vidyavihar. Despite having three grounds at their disposal they are not allowed to practice on it by the school authorities.

But, that did not deter the lads from making it to the quarter-final of the Mumbai Schools Sports Association boys' under-16 Division IV inter-school football tournament at Azad Maidan yesterday.

Fatima beat Fazlani Academy, Mazgaon 2-0 with strikes from Abhishek Jogdankar and Moazzam Salmani.

It is only the second time that the Vidyavihar school have gone past the pre-quarters round. They bowed out in the quarter-final two years ago.
