Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is ready to bid for Liverpool ace striker Fernando Torres and battle it out with Chelsea to get the Spanish forward.

Mancini said, "Torres is one of the best strikers in Europe and is already playing in the Premier League for three years and knows it very well."
