India’s table tennis star Manika Batra Instagrammed this picture for her 401,000 followers and wrote: “Beaches are my happy place. I want them to stay that way by keeping them plastic-free.

By participating in the Run For The Oceans challenge, I’m doing my bit to help end plastic waste. From May 23 to June 8, for every 10 mins of running-based activity, adidas and Parley for the Oceans will pick up one plastic bottle from the oceans around us.”
