Johannesburg: Spain and the Netherlands will lock horns on Sunday to decide who will lift the World Cup trophy, but Germany international Thomas Mueller is confident La Furia Roja have the edge.

The European Champions are currently favourites with the bookmakers to lift the trophy at Soccer City in Johannesburg, and after seeing his nation eliminated by Spain in the semi-finals, Mueller knows which side his money is on.

"For the potential they have, I believe Spain will be champions," Mueller told FIFA.com.

"They are a fantastic group, very well organised and very creative in attack, with world class footballers. It is true they have not been playing as well as many expected, but they have learned how to win.
