Namita Mehta, representing MCA-BKC, stunned top seed Ajita Ravindran Vijayakar of New Badminton Association to win the women’s singles 45 title 21-14, 21-11 on Thursday in the GD Birla Memorial Masters badminton tournament, organised by Badminton 45, managed by Badminton Gurukul and hosted by Bombay Gymkhana.
