Though her father Richard has been trying to convince her to return to tennis, American great Serena Williams has other plans.  The former World No. 1 wishes to have a life away from the sport. 

In an interview with Gayle King for CBS Mornings, Serena was asked if there was any chance of her getting back on the tour. She replied: “It’s hard to say. I would say no. For now, no. I’ve literally given my whole life to tennis, and it’s time for me to give my life to something else.”
