Srushti Haleangadi enters India Open semi-finals

Mumbai-girl Srushti Haleangadi beat compatriot Moumita Dutta 3-1 to enter the Cadet Girls' semi-finals of the USD 8,000 India Junior and Cadet Open Table Tennis Championships at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium, Worli on Saturday.

Srushti, who trains at the St Blaise Table Tennis Academy, will play second-seed and World No 60 Suthirtha Mukherjee today. In the cadet boys’ category, top seed Anirban Ghosh beat Ayush Tayal 8-11, 11-5, 8-11,u00a012-10, 11-7.
