World Championships bronze medallist Lakshya Sen finished as the runner-up at the 2022 All England Open Badminton Championships after losing to World No.1 Viktor Axelsen in the men’s singles final on Sunday.

Sen, ranked World No.11, lost 10-21, 15-21 to reigning Olympic champion Axelsen. The World No.1 was phenomenal in this tournament and didn’t drop a single game on his way to the top of the podium. Indeed, Axelsen brought his A-game to the final.
