Blackburn Rovers' Head of Asian Football Development and TV presenter, Shebby Singh says Pune FC will only benefit by playing against the EPL side, regardless of the result.

"The match against Blackburn ensures great exposure for Pune. Playing against an EPL team gives them the opportunity to measure up against one of the top European teams.

This way they will find out where they really stand in footballing terms. I'm expecting a very nice game," the former Malaysian player said at the sidelines of the Rovers Stars event yesterday.

Chowbaga High School (Kolkata) won the Rover Stars tournament, beating Pune FC 2-1 in the final. Blackburn's David Dunn and Steve N'Zonzi played for Chowbaga while Ruben Rochina and Gael Givet represented Pune FC.
