Rankings do not not always reflect on performance, and the Indian hockey team, ranked No 10 in the world, proved this yesterday by comprehensively beating World No 4 Great Britain 3-1 to clinch the bronze medal in the Azlan Shah Cup in Ipoh, Malaysia yesterday.
