Dabang Mumbai will aim to avoid a fifth consecutive loss in the Coal India Hockey India League (HIL) when they take on table toppers Ranchi Rays at the Mahindra Hockey Stadium here on Wednesday.

With four losses on the trot from as many games in the tournament, Mumbai are placed at the bottom of the table with just four points while defending champions Ranchi are in sublime form, having won four out of five matches and pocketed 21 points so far.
