In a stunning turn of events at the ongoing World Athletics Championships final in Tokyo, India`s rising javelin star Sachin Yadav outshone seasoned competitors including compatriot Neeraj Chopra and Pakistan’s Olympic champion Arshad Nadeem. The 25-year-old Yadav produced a remarkable throw of 86.27 meters in the opening round on Thursday, placing him in second position at the end of Round 1. This throw not only eclipsed Chopra’s 83.65 meters and Nadeem’s 82.73 meters but also marked a new personal best for Yadav.
