This new restaurant on the Alibaug boardwalk has a sun-drenched rhythm and a coastal soul

Around the end of last year, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the launch of its first flagship for their signature lifestyle catering brand, Soulinaire, in Alibaug. This 200-seater, two-storey space, overlooking the Arabian Sea is visible the moment you step off the ferry enroute the coastal town and acts as a good pitstop before heading home too.
The ground floor opens into a breezy terrace with handcrafted fans spinning lazily overhead. A small indoor pool adds to the relaxed coastal vibe. The air-conditioned interiors have floor-to-ceiling windows for uninterrupted sea views and the circular bar anchors the space. The top floor is a private banquet space, ideal for small soirees and coastal parties alike.
