Home chef Farida Kutianawalla’s eight-year-old establishment The Big Spread is gaining popularity for its mix of different Indian cuisines packed with flavours but their Bohri food is best described as superlative. “We believe in quality and quantity and hence our portions are large and delicious, best enjoyed with family and friends,” says Kutianawalla. On their Eid menu this year, there is Mutton dum biryani, chicken dum biryani, mutton seekh biryani. tandoori red masala raan, mutton kheema chaap and malido for dessert.
