Meet a person with a skill you can use

Shreedevi Sunil, 42
Founder, Talking Turtles Storytellers
>>>
AVAILABLE FOR: Puppetry at hospitals
Charges: Free

My journey started with puppet shows at hospitals, not just for children but also for adults in the general and oncology wards. The idea was to bring joy to a sensitive environment. A couple of years ago, the NGO Milaap approached me to explore ‘medical puppetry,’ similar to medical clowning, engaging patients and healthcare providers through conversations,” Shreedevi Sunil, owner of the Talking Turtles Storytellers shares. “The challenge was using puppets to explain health problems and treatments to children. So, I incorporated improv comedy into the sessions to make them lighter and engaging. We currently have sessions in Bangalore and Chennai, and are now talking to hospitals in Mumbai.”

RECOMMENDED BY: Arthi T, Independent Consultant for Non Profits “What sets Shreedevi apart is the depth of her commitment and the meticulous preparation she puts into each session. She brings a genuine 100% to everything she does, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she interacts with.”
