Sahil Bansal, The state general secretary of Haryana Business Cell and a staunch supporter of Congress veteran Kuldeep Bishnoi from Jind Haryana, said that the Congress government could be formed in Haryana only if the party forwards the Bhajanlal family-like 2005. Only under the leadership of Kuldeep Bishnoi can the traditional vote bank of Congress come back in the state.

In Haryana, the Bharatiya Janata Party completely understood the caste formula and according to an effective strategy, made a place among the very large non-Jat voters of the state, which used to be the traditional vote bank of the Congress. The Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar's government may be proving to be unpopular among the voters of the state, but the wrong decisions taken by the Congress after the confusion over the leadership in Haryana made it easy for the BJP. Congress has been promoting the Dalit face in Haryana for the last few years. Haryana is counted as a Lathmar community embroiled in aggressive caste ties.

The history of the politics of Haryana so far says that the Jat, Brahmin, Punjabi, Bania, Rajput, Yadav, Bishnoi voters never considered any Dalit as their leader. Ashok Tanwar, who worked hard as Haryana Congress President for a long time, but could not succeed. Similarly, Phoolchand Mulana could not do much as Haryana Congress President. At present, Kumari Selja is working as the President of the Haryana Congress, but neither she could set up a Congress organization in the state like Ashok Tanwar, nor could she launch any major campaign to woo the non-Jat voters of the state. Pie. Ashok Tanwar, Mulana or Selja all tried hard, but in Haryana, they could not succeed in mobilizing large non-Jat voters of the state in favour of Congress. Before the 2014 assembly elections, the BJP relied on Bhajan Lal's legacy in Haryana for three years.

Every big BJP leader considered Kuldeep Bishnoi as the leader and projected him as the chief ministerial candidate so that the non-jat could collect the voter. The BJP broke the alliance with Kuldeep Bishnoi, who was handling Bhajanlal's legacy due to the Modi wave, betraying him at the last moment. BJP came to power in 2014 on the strength of Kuldeep Bishnoi's hard work for three years, because till then the non-Jat voter who was once mobilized with Bhajan Lal had been aligned with the alliance by Kuldeep Bishnoi. If the Congress in Haryana is under the illusion that the farmers' movement will increase the anger of the people towards the BJP and will lead to the Congress coming to power, then it will prove to be a huge mistake, because the BJP, which is very well managed, is also involved in the farmers' movement in Haryana.

It has been successful in giving a message to the urban, semi-urban voters that the Kisan Andojan is a Jats movement. Jat voters are going to be divided into three places in the state. Between Congress, BJP and Abhay Chautala's party INLD. The BJP has not allowed any dent in the state's Punjabi, Bania and Brahmin voters, which is about 30 percent, because this voter will never accept the Dalit leadership of Haryana Congress. Similarly, if the Haryana Congress wants to bring back the Ahir, Yadav, OBC, Dalit voters who mostly went to the BJP, then the big non-Jat face in Haryana, who is also popular among the Jats, should be taken as the leadership of the Haryana Congress. I will have to move forward, only then the Congress's Party will be able to cross in the state.
