Srijan Tiwari: “The use of Artificial Intelligence in the legal domain is nothing new; we have been using research tools based on algorithms since ages.

Legal tech start-ups have been more advanced and used friendly tools that can greatly benefit the legal sector. With courts implementing such technology, the judiciary has become accessible to all citizens. We must try to bridge the gap between haves and have-nots so that the technology can benefit all on the ground level. The transparency created by use of technology has indeed made the common man connect with the judicial system and reaffirm their trust in the same. Virtual court has taken away the lag faced in traditional proceedings, and clients and counsels can appear and plead there court matters with ease.”

Srijan Tiwari looks forward to advanced technologies and AI in the legal domain. He holds that AI can never replace advocates and is just a tool to supplement the mind.
