“We are aware that some individuals use the company’s name for unethical marketing practices. We are in collaboration with some governmental agencies in markets where we operate to identify and clamp down on these people and their negative activities,” stated Biram Fall, the company’s regional manager for sub-Saharan Africa. “If any independent representative is found to be culpable in a case of unethical marketing, they are punished or terminated from the company’s record. And in some cases, they are handed over to security agencies for the law to take its course.”

What Is Direct Selling?

The Direct Selling Association defines direct selling as “a retail channel used by top global brands and small entrepreneurial companies to market products and services to consumers.”

According to the DSA, 89% of direct sellers decide to work part time, which gives them flexibility and provides a work-life balance. Instead of utilizing traditional retail outlets or online marketplaces, direct selling businesses’ independent representatives can set their own hours, create their own marketing plan, and determine how best to serve their customers.

QNET allows entrepreneurs to work independently to build a business with minimal startup costs. The company’s independent representatives are affiliated with the company but work independently to build strong personal relationships with prospective customers.
