“We often misunderstand the present generation. We find them disconnected from the real world and emotions. As a singer and creative person, I feel that it is a wrong perception. They look for emotions in music which is missing today. My music is passionate and emotional, I tap various kinds of feelings and give my voice to them. My young fans appreciate me for this approach” shares Bishwajit Ghosh, speaking about the reason behind the immense love he receives on each launch. He has launched tracks which have gone on to trend on the top position in the short span of their release across social media platforms.
He recently released ‘Baariish Ke Mausam’ where he featured as well along with renowned TV face Adaa Khan which was well-received by listeners. A standout feature of this charismatic musician has been his music videos through which he essays characters of various shades. Bishwajit is a promising actor, whether he is playing a heartbroken lover or a man mesmerised by love. He shares the reason behind this “I enjoy weaving stories and music together. Every music video I have done to date has a compelling storyline. It excites me to take up different roles because I feel close to the characters. Talking about the highlight of his journey Bishwajit assembled a touching song ‘Hum Ek Hain’ to inspire the nation during the pandemic which featured Juhi Chawla, Shakti Kapoor, Rohit Roy among a bevvy of other stars. His track Dil Ruseyaa, a heart-wrenching number in which he was praised for his acting and singing trended at #1 on Twitter. He has worked with leading music players like Zee Music Company and T-Series and is currently working on several projects, which he plans to announce soon.
