Sofia Parveen gives a glimpse of her food habits to modelling career

Sofia Parveen

Sofia Parveen has appeared in more than 6-7 music videos, television commercials, iconic designer runway shows, international brand adverts, and International Filmfare Calendar shoots in Dubai, and she will eventually be seen in South Indian films. Parveen was born in Durgapur, West Bengal, is native to Amritsar and now lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She used to be a dynamic competitor in dancing competitions when she was a kid. Her mother has been her fervent supporter since she was a child, and she continues to do so today. Sofia was also interested in learning about different dancing styles. Her mother encouraged her to participate in such activities, fancy dress competitions, and dancing competitions, she recalls.

Sofia has spent the last five years studying modelling and acting. During this time, she focused on understanding and honing her acting, background singing, dancing, and composing skits and plays skills. She exclaimed, surprised, over her writing abilities, claiming that she had a writer within her who, when she showed up, was recognized and valued.

Sofia discusses her work, stating that through god's grace, both her modelling and acting careers are going well. However, she believes that a modelling career would be fleeting and that she would return to the entertainment world eventually. Furthermore, she claims that a commercial for a jewellery brand was one of the life-changing moments in her life. She received the opportunity to relocate to Mumbai for the same, and it proved to be a metamorphic experience for her.

She compliments Mumbai for being a haven for women while there. She believes the city has succeeded in fostering a professional and safe environment for women. This is an accomplishment in and of itself, and other sections of the country can look forward to a comparable healthy atmosphere. On this Women's Day, Sofia Parveen receives the 7th "International Women Empowerment Award."

Sofia has been in a number of commercials, music videos, and ad campaigns. Her first break came from T-Series with the music video 'College' by Preet Harpal. Besides, she has also been a part of music videos for White Hill Music with the songs 'Dark' by Pavii Ghuman and 'Teri Hoi Na' by Preet Sukh. She has appeared in advertisements for IPL Star Sports, Rummycircle.com, and ICICI Bank. She has also walked the runway for Pankaj and Jitesh and modelled for "Pushkar Bridal," "Label Shalini Khanija," "Preeti Diamond Jewellery," "Sonali Jain Fashion," "Angel Jewels," and other companies.

She also discusses her complicated relationship with food. Food is a source of nutrients and energy, and it also has an impact on a person's general well-being. Sofia, like any other individual, has had her ups and downs, but she has always come back stronger after each setback. Her mother and sister have really been her biggest advocates.

Sofia's story is similar to that of the Disney Princess "Rapunzel," but she is fortunate and supported by her sister through all of life's volatility. Rapunzel, like Sofia, spent her days trapped in her tower, doing nothing but painting. She began to explore her hobbies and identity at a young age. Knowing how important the lanterns were to her, she didn't stop until she reached them. She was aware that it would be difficult, yet she persisted and achieved her most ambitious goal.

Sofia is an encouragement to those who have great ideas and are enthusiastic enough to achieve them. A good support system, whether it is composed of parents, siblings, friends, or even mentors, can help one persevere even during the most trying situations.
