Shekhar Suman's son Adhyayan wants to try out and explore various fields, like his actor-cum-tv host-cum singer dad. The young actor now wants to launch his own band.

It sounds like a gimmick to promote his Friday release, Jashnn, but for now Adhyayan he's serious about starting a band with Sharib Sabri and Toshi Sabri, who've sung tracks for the film.

Boosted by crowd reactions

The actor wants to be the lead singer for his band. Even though he admits, "I am not trained professionally but am a bathroom singer." But he does feel that, "Singing is in my genes, and I am blessed with a good voice." The idea to come up with the band was after he performed in some cities for Jashnn.

Adhyayan says, "My last city tour in Jaipur and had a crowd of over 5000 people. The Sabri brothers are amazing singers and composers. Their music creates waves among the youngsters. After seeing the feedback from the crowd, we decided to launch our own band."

Learning the basics

Their band Jashnn will perform in Mumbai on July 17, "We will soon release our album but after we are done with our live shows. Toshi has seven songs. We will soon get going with recording."

Adhyayan learnt the basics of guitar while shooting for Jashnn, and wants to be a guitarist too " I would love to master my art in guitar. Initially, I used to have a lot of problems with the strings but with practice I gradually got the hang of it."
