Not many know that Akshay Kumar is on Twitter. Unlike other B-Town stars who are in top gear on the social networking site, the Khiladi prefers to lie low. He posts his tweets only when he has something specific to say - mostly when he is shooting. The actor is currently in Canada shooting for Anees Bazmee's Thank You.

But now, Akki has now made an exception. He is bonding on twitter with Salman Khan ufffd the latest star to get hooked onto the networking site.
Says a source, "It is strange that for all this while Akki stayed clear from tweeting any of his Bollywood colleagues, but does not mind interacting with Sallu.
Both starred together in Mujhse Shaadi Karoge and recently, Akshay even walked the ramp for the Khan's Being Human Foundation at a fashion week. Though a while back there was buzz about their differences, all that is the distant past now. The Sallu-Akki friendship seems to be getting stronger even on cyberspace.
The actor was initiated into Twitter by wife Twinkle after getting on to Facebook besides posting his blogs for a website.
