'I have been working on having the film's premiere in Pakistan, for which I will try to come here,' Akshay said Pakistan had become an important market for Indian movies, he said. 'I am thankful to the Pakistan government for allowing the screening of Indian films.

The basic purpose of holding this video conference was to expand people-to-people contacts through the media,' he said. Replying to a question, Akshay said he would love to work in a co-production with Pakistani filmmakers and actors. Recalling his visit to Lahore, he said: 'Some 10 years ago, I had gone there.

I cannot forget the Lahori food as it was tasty and delicious.' The video conference also marked the formal launch of the music of 'Khiladi 786' as a song from the film was played on the occasion.

Akshay said the music sense in Pakistan was better than that in India and that Pakistani singers and musicians were extremely talented. Most Bollywood stars have huge following in Pakistan, where pirated copies of the latest Indian films are usually available before their release in theatres.

Pakistan ended a four-decade ban on the screening of Indian movies in 2006, a move that many in the film distribution business say has helped the survival of the country's cinema halls.u00a0
