The actor was trying to reach home on time for family Ganapti Visarjan.

Anil Kapoor also got nostalgic while crossing the Mumbai Central station. "#MumbaiCentral life as it passes. Childhood memories, traveling to Delhi to meet my grandparents."

In a very witty tweet, Kapoor happily posed for selfies with the cops on the train. "Don't worry not arrested, just a Happy #selfie with our cops. Thank you for everything!  #MumbaiLocal #Dadar."

In all, Anil Kapoor saved two hours and reached home in 20 minutes for his Ganpati visarjan earning brownie points from his wife. He wrote, "Avoiding the visarjan traffic & earning brownie points for getting home on time with the wife!"

Mumbai local trains are indeed the lifeline of the city and Anil Kapoor will vouch for that now!
