Anurag Kashyap is to host 2 Episodes of Kissa Crime Ka (aired every Sunday 9 pm, across the nation), and narrate stories of 2 different serial killers in the Radio Drama Series.
Speaking of the association in his avatar as Founder, Phantom Films, he said, “As a character, Raman is full of nuances and quirks, and thus I liked the idea of promoting the film, through his traits. The idea of him hosting the show came from there and will help to explain the character.”
As a part of the film integration, Nawazuddin also visited Radio City studio and hijacked Rohit Vir’s Show ‘Taka Tak Mumbai’ as Ramanna – the character he is playing and hosted the show, holding the RJ as a hostage in the studio.
Speaking of the association, Abraham Thomas, CEO, Radio City 91.1FM, “At Radio City, out-of-the-box is the box. So when Anurag told us about the idea, it seemed as quirky as a Raman-doing. Phantom Films was the perfect partner for this crime and we’ve just taken things from there for our listeners.”
Says Marketing Head, Phantom Films, Ranjan Singh, “The campaign’s central theme is that if Raman would walk out of the film then how he will react to the daily situations. For example, if he would meet an RJ in his studio, then what will happen. We had a lot of fun creating it with Radio City, and hope the listeners will like the show as much."
Stay tuned to Kissa Crime Ka with Anurag Kashyap this Sunday at 9:00 pm on Radio City 91.1FM!!!
