Arjun Kapoor has worked with his new co- star Priyanka Chopra once before ufffd as her Salaam-e-Ishq director's AD!
It’s been a giant leap for Arjun Kapoor from being an assistant director to a full-fledged actor. Incidentally Arjun, who stars opposite Priyanka Chopra in his next, used to address the actress as Priyanka madam in Salaam-e-Ishq, where he was director Nikhil Advani’s AD.

A source from the sets says, “Priyanka was playing the lead in one of the stories in Salaam-e-Ishq. Arjun used to explain her scenes to PC and used to call her madam. And now he is her co-star. Arjun can’t believe he has been signed opposite her and has already started shooting for the film.”
Incidentally, the Chopra connection refuses to die down for Arjun as he made his big screen debut opposite PC’s cousin Parineeti Chopra.
Says Arjun, “I guess it’s destiny that the Chopra surname has been beautifully intertwined with me at such a nascent stage in my career. I hope it continues for years to come.”u00a0
