A source says, “The film essays Chitra locked in a courtroom drama over sexual harassment at work place. She plays an aspiring writer who becomes the creative director of an ad agency. One incident that happens to her is something like what took place in Sush’s life.”u00a0In 2003, the former Miss Universe filed a case against a cold drink company. In order to renew her endorsement contract, a company official had allegedly asked her for a few sexual favours.u00a0
The company later paid nearly Rs 1.5 crore to the model-turned-actress to withdraw charges against their marketing head.u00a0Chitrangada says, “When I met some HR officials from different companies I was shocked to hear of several cases of harassments. But fortunately it does not happen much in Bollywood.”u00a0
