Calling the shotsu00a0
I have always loved capturing interesting moments and gave up on my sweet little digital camera when I got serious about my new passion. I bought myself a professional camera last September to take my hobby one step further.
I went through the manual and took the SLR camera with me on my last trip to Ladakh. Since I'm still struggling to figure out the camera, I keep asking my photographer friends for tips. But the trial-and-error mantra also works well for me.
In love with the lens
I love shooting interesting moments. I'm drawn to nature and always lug my camera with me on all my trips. My favourite picture so far has been one that I shot in Ladakh. It shows the dual world that we live in.
Untouched nature juxtaposed with urban charm is depicted through the cars in a seemingly peaceful and natural environment. You are immediately transported to a wonderland. I'm so glad that I was able to capture the essence of Ladakh through my photographs.
On the move
I feel the strongest urge to capture photographs when I am doing something adventurous or having fun. I might not have learnt photography, but maybe someday I will take up a course in it. I definitely want to be a professional photographer!
