But the actress seems to be totally taken in by Squap, a German game that's being introduced to Indian kids through a television show. The yummy mummy, who's lost 20 kgs since delivering her baby boy Kiaan six months ago, shares her ideas on child play and a healthy lifestyle:

For your senses
Family time is really important to me. I love to spend time with my little ones and play lots of games with them. Though Kiaan is too small to play games, he watches avidly when Samaira and I play. I believe that it is essential to introduce your child to stimulating games like word-building, board games and also outdoor games where their motor skills as well as out-of-the-box thinking comes into play. I'm not the kind of mother who'll switch on the telly and sit next to the kids calling it family time. I'm a strict mom and television is meant only for the weekends.
A breath of air
As little girls, Bebo and I would love playing with dolls. We would drape our mother's dupatta, especially ones with vivid sequins, like a sari and pretend we were heroines! I want my kids to have their own fun too. Every child needs a certain amount of time for homework and play. Kids need to de-stress too and playing outdoors is one of the best ways to release all that energy instead of just sitting in front of a computer or staring at a TV.
