Adding glamour to the afternoon was none other than Bollywood's handsome hunk, Abhishek Bachchan. Looking dapper in a grey suit, Abhishek floored the guests and racing crowd with his wit and charm.u00a0

While presenting the MiD DAY Trophy to the winning horse, Ishpingo's owner Palan Shapoor, Jr Bachchan said, "I've passed Mahalaxmi so many times, but I've never stepped inside the race course to watch the races. I must say, watching the horses race alive was a thousand times better than seeing them on screen.u00a0

"And to top it all, it was a MiD DAY Trophy that I got to give away. After all, it's a paper that's entertaining, and informative. If I want to know what's happening in the city, it is MiD DAY that I read. So, I just couldn't afford to miss a race that's been as racy as my film, Players."
